Description :
Use your Slayer skills to battle out of control vegetation with an attitude, cultivate your wits and stretch your Agility to solve a cunning maze - all to make a gardener's day. Do you have what it takes to cut this quest down to size?

Quest Walkthrough : Show/ Hide
- Speak to Horacio at the Mansion with Guard dogs in East Ardougne to start the Quest.
- Talk to Wizard Cromperty Who is in the house most north east in ardougne.
- Go to RPDT and talk to any of the employee.
- Open the Smelly package on the nearby table.
- Go back to Wizard cromperty with the hand, he will ask you to make a pot lid.
- Speak to him again once you have made your pot lid.
- Now take the boat to Brimhaven and speak to Garth, the farmer who looks after fruit tree patch.
- After learning how to cut a jade vine from Garth, if you do not have them go to bank and take out a Pot, the pot lid you made, a Machete, an axe, a plant pot, secateurs , a spade and some supply you will need to survive. ( Foods, anti poison and don't forget Teleprot )
- Head to the Entrance of the Jade Vine maze north east of Shilos Village.
Refer to Map. The entrance is some where near the + Sign
- Make your way through the maze, you should find some loose soil, Dig them and cut the exposed vine.
- Use the Vine on your plant pot, if it grows use it with your pot to seal it, if it fail just try again until you get a successful one.
- Prepare for combat, sharks prayer potion axe and anti poison needed.
- Return to the Mansion in east ardougne and use the sealed pot on the patch to grow it
- The Vine will grow into an out of control state, and you will need to kill it. only woodcutting axe can harm it. Once you are ready talk to Horatio to begin the combat.
- After defeating the vine, cut it then talk to Horatio to finish the quest.
